| 摘 要： | 目的：观察痰热清注射液治疗麻疹的临床疗效。方法：将75例麻疹随机分为两组,治疗组在综合治疗上加用痰热清注射液,对照组在综合治疗上加用利巴韦林。结果：治疗组加用痰热清注射液能缩短麻疹患者体温下降及体温恢复正常时间;缩短皮疹消退、咳嗽咳痰消失及肺部湿啰音消失时间;能有效缩短疗程,明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：痰热清注射液是安全有效治疗麻疹的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the theraputic effects of tanreqing injection in the treatment of Measles. Methods:65 patients with measles were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received tanreqing injection on the base of complex treatment and the control group received ribavirin injection on the base of complex treatment.Results:Tanreqing injection could shorten the time of temperature begining fall and recovery,skin eruption disappearing,cough,expectoration and moist rale vanishing.Tanreqing injection could cut down the period of treatment. The effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection is a safe and effctive drug in treating measles. |
