濉溪县100%安全套推广使用项目的效果评价

目的 了解濉溪县推广实施娱乐场所100%安全套使用项目的 效果,为当地制定艾滋病防治策略提供依据.方法 在项目实施前、实施后第1年、第2年和第3年,分别对城区内能接触到的娱乐场所性工作者(CSWs)进行调查,调查内容包括艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为,比较实施前后知识、态度和行为的差异.结果 项目实施后与实施前比较,CSWs的艾滋病知识和行为发生了显著变化,认为使用安全套可以预防艾滋病的知晓率从85.7%提高到91.8%;最近1次商业性服务中安全套使用率从86.0%上升到96.0%(P<0.05);全县性病病例报告逐年下降,由2005年295例下降到2008年122例;安全套销售数量逐年上升,由2006年12 520个上升到2008年27 820个.结论 濉溪县推广实施100%安全套使用是有效的,应进一步完善100%安全套使用推广策略,以提高干预覆盖面.

Evaluation on the effect of 100% condom use program in Suixi County

Objective To explore the effect of 100% condom use program(100% CUP) in entertainment establishments of Suixi,and provide the foundation for the establishment of HIV/AIDS intervention strategies.Methods A baseline investigation was conducted to collect information including knowledge,attitude and behavior(KAB)of Commercial Sex Workers(CSWs) in entertainment establishments,and was followed up in the first,second,and third year,respectively.Data were analyzed to explore the difference of KAB between these intervals.Results KAB of CSW varied significantly.The consciousness rate of using condom was elevated from 85.7% to 91.8%;The reported rate of using condom in the latest sex with clients increased from 86.0 % to 96.0%(P < 0.05);the total reported cases of sexually transmitted diseases(STD) were 295 in 2005,dropping to 122 in 2008,while condom sales increased from 12 520 to 27 820.Conclusion The 100 % CUP prores to be effective in Suixi County.In order to expand condom using,it is necessary to enhance strategy of 100% CUP.
