基质金属蛋白酶-2及组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-2在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其临床意义

目的观察MMP-2和TIMP-2在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化（S-P）法检测20例正常子宫内膜、20例子宫内膜异位症的在位内膜及45例异位内膜组织中MMP-2和TIMP-2蛋白的表达。结果：MMP-2在内异症在位内膜组织、异位内膜组织阳性表达率分别与正常内膜组织比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；异位内膜阳性率高于在位内膜，但在统计学上无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。TIMP-2在异位内膜组织的阳性表达率与正常内膜组织、EM在位内膜组织相比均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；在位内膜组织的阳性表达率低于正常内膜组织，但在统计学上无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：在子宫内膜异位症中MMP-2的高表达，TIMP-2蛋白的低表达，在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and it Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-2 in Endometriosis

Objective To study the clinical significance and expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in endometriosis.Methods:The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 20 normal endometriums as well as in 45 ectopic endometriums and 20 eutopic endometriums in endometriosis are detected by immunohistochemistry. And the results are analyzed with statistical software SPSS12.0.Results:The positive rates 0f MMP-2 in ectopic and eutopic endometriotic tissues are significantly higher than those in the normal endometrium(P<0.01), however, without significant differences in the statistics(P>0.05).The expression levels of TIMP-2 in ectopic endometriotic tissues was significantly lower than those in the normal endometrium and eutopic endometriotic tissue(P<0.05), which they were no significant difference in the statistics (P>0.05). Conclusion:The expression levels of MMP-2 and the expression levels of TIMP-2 in endometriosis tissues was lower than those in the normal endometrium tissue,which plays an important role in the creating and developing of the endometriosis.
