| 摘 要： | 目的]观察蜂毒素对肝癌细胞BEL-7402的增殖抑制作用。方法]肝癌细胞BEL-7402体外培养,采用MTT法检测蜂毒素对其增殖抑制作用,流式细胞术测定蜂毒素对细胞增殖核抗原表达和细胞周期的影响。结果]蜂毒素体外能够抑制BEL-7402肝癌细胞的增殖活性;并抑制细胞增殖核抗原的表达,呈剂量依赖性;干扰细胞周期,使S期细胞增加,G2/M期细胞减少。结论]蜂毒素具有抑制BEL-7402肝癌细胞增殖的作用,机制可能与抑制细胞增殖核抗原表达和干扰细胞周期有关。
