滑动式皮肤牵引多功能架治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床研究

目的:研究滑动式皮肤牵引多功能架治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的优越性。方法:将108例符合纳入标准的股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分成采用滑动式皮肤牵引多功能架治疗的治疗组,和采用传统泡沫塑料布套皮肤牵引治疗的对照组,进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组在皮肤牵引套下滑次数、可挂锤重量、下肢肌肉抽搐、皮肤瘙痒、被迫中止皮肤牵引、膝关节活动度、髋关节功能恢复方面均优于对照组。结论:滑动式皮肤牵引多功能架治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有较好防止皮肤牵引套下滑和防治下肢皮肤牵引并发症的功能,疗效确切,操作简单,无创,便于;临床推广使用。

A clinical study of the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur by sliding skin traction multi-functional rack

Objective:To study the superiority of the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur by sliding traction multi-functional rack.Methods:108 patients coped with acceptable standard intertrochanter fracture of femur are divided into two groups randomly.One group is treated with sliding skin traction multi-functional rack and another group as control which is treated with traditional foam-plastic cloth cover skin traction and then compare their effects.Results:The treatment group is superior to control group in skin traction cover down-sliding numbers,hanging-weight,convulsion of lower limb mucle,skin pruritus,forced discontinuing of skin traction,mobility of knee joint,function recovery of hip joint,etc.Conclusions:Using the sliding skin traction multi-functioncal rack to treat the intertrochanter fracture of femur presents more merits such as preventing the down-sliding of the skin traction cover and also preventing of the complication of lower limb skin traction.The new method is effective,simple operated and nontraumatic.It should be extended to the clinical use.
