| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察长春瑞滨 (NVB)和异环磷酰胺 (IFO)联合治疗非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的疗效和毒性。方法 :对于符合化疗指征的 2 0例NSCLC ,临床予NVB联合IFO(NI方案 )化疗 ,至少两个疗程 ,疗效及毒性判断按照WHO标准。结果 :有效率为 (45 % ) ,其中CR(5 % ) ,PR(40 % )。在毒性方面表现不同程度的白细胞下降、血小板下降、恶心及呕吐等。结论 :NI方案对治疗非小细胞肺癌有较高疗效 ,有条件可作为一线方案应用

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the activity and toxicity of vinorelbine(NVB) combined with ifosfamid (IFO) in treatment of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:Twenty cases of NSCLC were treated with combination chemotherapy consisting of NVB and IFO for at least two cycles. The therapeutic effects and toxicity were evaluated according to WHO criteria.Results:Total remission rate is 45%, the CR is 5%, the PR is 40%, the main side effcts were leukopenia in some extent and thrombocytopenia, in some cases, nausea and vomiting were observed.Conclusion:NI regimen is one of the most effective regiments for advanced lung cancer. This regimen may be used as the first selection for eligible patients. |
