TIP30在胃癌及其肝转移灶中的表达

目的 检测TIP30蛋白在胃癌及其肝转移灶中的表达,探讨其在胃癌发生发展中的作用.方法 用免疫组织化学和逆转录.聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)的方法,检测86例胃癌及22肝转移标本中TIP30表达.结果 TIP30蛋白在胃癌及其肝转移灶中的阳性表达率分别为60.5%和45.5%,与正常组织(89.5%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).TIP30表达水平与患者年龄、性别、病理分化程度无明显相关,与有无淋巴结转移有关.TIP30在肝转移灶中的表达水平较原发灶中偏低(P<0.05).结论 TIP30在胃癌及肝转移组织中表达降低,提示其在胃癌发生及转移过程中发挥作用.

The expression of TIP30 in primary focus and liver metastasis of gastric cancer

Objective To detect the expression of TIP30 in primary focus and liver metastasis of gastric cancer, and approach its role in the genesis and development of gastric cancer.Methods The expression of TIP30 was detected by using immunohistoehemical staining and RT-PCR in 86 eases of gastric carcinomas and 22 cases of liver metastasis.Results (1) The positive rate of TIP30 was 60.5% and 45.5% in cancerous tissues and liver metastasis respectively,significantly higher than and normal tissues (89.5 %) (P < 0.05).(2) The expression of TIP30 in gastric cancer was correlated with lymphnode metastasis, but not with age, sex, and pathological differentiation.(3) The expression level of TIP30 was significantly lower in cancerous tissues than in the liver metastasis (P < 0.05).Conclusion The expression level of TIP30 was decreased obviously in gastric caicinoma and liver metastasis, suggesting its role in the genesis and development of gastric cancer.
