| 摘 要： | [目的]了解某市公务员的健康现状和体育锻炼的现状,为我国公务员健康状况研究提供参考,也为全民健身提供依据。[方法]采用健康体检结合问卷调查对412名公务员进行健康体检和体育锻炼特征调查。[结果]公务员体检异常检出率为65.05%,分类检查异常的前3位依次为脂肪肝(26.94%),高脂血症(26.45%),肝功能异常(18.45%);公务员体育锻炼的目标认知明确,但锻炼的频度和持续时间均不理想,达不到健身的效果。[结论]公务员健康状况不容乐观,应加强对公务员人群的健康教育,促使他们积极进行体育锻炼以改善健康状况。 |
