摘    要:[目的]研制新型pH传感器,为本科仪器分析实验提供新颖选题。[方法]基于自组装技术和静电吸附技术,研制了硫堇/Nafion膜修饰的电流型pH传感器,并采用循环伏安法对不同pH值的醋酸缓冲溶液进行分析测试。[结果]硫堇/Nafion修饰电极在不同pH值的测试底液中的循环伏安曲线的氧化峰和还原峰电位及对应的峰电流均与pH值呈线性响应,该修饰电极可用于弱酸性溶液pH值的测定。[结论]通过对电极修饰步骤及pH值测定方法的学习及结果分析,可提高学生对修饰电极及循环伏安特性的进一步掌握,是本科仪器分析实验的理想选题。
