| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨射频热疗配合热灌注化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床护理措施。[方法]对我院于2007年6月～2010年6月收治的46例晚期胃癌患者行射频热疗配合热灌注化疗治疗,同时配合护理措施。[结果]经过积极的治疗和护理,46例晚期胃癌患者中完全缓解16例,部分缓解17例,无变化13例,有效率为71.74%(33/46)。[结论]在射频热疗配合热灌注化疗的治疗过程中全面了解患者情况,积极的心理支持,在热疗和化疗中,细心而全面的热疗和化疗监护,积极预防和处理各种副作用是帮助患者顺利完成治疗的关键。
