| 摘 要： | 目的]了解长沙市中心医院结核菌耐药情况。方法]采用回顾性调查,对近7年3653例肺结核病人耐药性分析。结果]总耐药率39.3%,总耐多药率10.2%;初始耐药率37.5%,初始耐多药率6.8%;获得性耐药率47.5%,获得性耐多药率25.3%;耐药率由高到低为INH(23.2%),SM(18.5%),RFP(15.9%),EMB(15.1%),TH1321(13.9%),PZA(11.5%),PAS(8.3%),OFX(6.5%),KM(6.2%),LFX(2.2%)。结论]高耐药率以及耐药性趋向于一线抗痨药是长沙市中心医院结核菌耐药特征。
