摘    要:目的建立速效救心丸(Suxiao Jiuxin Wan,SXJXW)HPLC数字化指纹图谱,作为其整体质量控制的一个判据标准。方法采用反相HPLC法,色谱柱为Aglient Edipse AAA柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm);流动相为1%冰醋酸溶液-70%甲醇溶液,采用等度洗脱,检测波长290 nm,柱温(30±0.15)℃,进样量20μL。用"中药色谱指纹图谱超信息特征数字化评价系统3.0"软件进行数字化评价。结果以藁本内酯(ligustulide,LGS)为参照物峰,确定16个指纹峰,获得了可以判别其质量的重要数字化信息,以系统指纹定量法鉴别出S1和S12质量很好,S4和S7质量好,S3、S9和S10质量中等,S2、S5和S6质量一般,S8和S11质量为劣。结论所建立的方法准确、可靠,可作为控制中药质量的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective To establish a digitized HPLC fingerprint for Suxiao Jiuxin Wan and serve as a digital criterium for its overall quality control.Methods The chromatographic fingerprints(CFP) were obtained by injecting 20 μL of the sample solution each time on an Aglient Edipse AAA column(150 mm×4.6 mm,3.5 μm) with the isocratic elution solvent system composed of 1% glacial acetic acid-70% methanol.The column temperature was(30±0.15)℃ and the detective wavelength was 290 nm.The CFPs were characteristically digitized and evaluated by the software of the digitized evaluation system for super-information characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint.Results Sixteen common peaks were selected as the CFP peaks when taking ligustulide as the referential peak,and identified by the systematic quantified fingerprint method which indicated that S1 and S12 were better;S4 and S7 were good;S3,S9 and S10 were moderate;S2,S5 and S6 were common;S8 and S11 were inferior.Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
