| 摘 要： | [目的]了解本地区人群甲型病毒性肝炎免疫水平现状。[方法]按分层随机抽样的方法确定调查对象,用ELISA法检测HAVIgG。[结果]共调查901人,HAVIgG阳性率14.87%。[结论]本地区人群对甲肝的免疫水平较低,应尽快将甲肝疫苗纳入免疫规划,特别要加强托幼和学校集体人群甲肝的预防。
