正交试验优化盐酸特拉唑嗪渗透泵控释片生产工艺

摘    要:目的研究盐酸特拉唑嗪渗透泵控释片生产的最佳工艺。方法采用正交实验设计L9(34),以药物25 h累积释药百分率为评价指标筛选工艺。结果优选实验因素:促渗剂用量为(w/w)20%、促渗透聚合物CMC-Na用量(w/w)为6%、包衣液增重(w/w)为4%、释药孔径为600μm。渗透泵控释片25 h累积释药百分率平均值为82.6%,RSD为2.65%(n=5)。结论由正交试验筛选制备盐酸特拉唑嗪渗透泵控释片的工艺条件是可靠的,为该药的靶向制剂、缓控制剂的药剂学研究奠定基础。
