| 摘 要： | 目的 总结 1980年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 6月主动脉窦瘤破裂 (RASV)外科治疗的临床经验。方法 均在中低温体外循环下施行RASV修补及合并畸形的矫治术。其中RASV直接缝合修补 2 1例 ,补片连续缝合或间断褥式缝合 4 2例 ,合并手术 :室间隔缺损 (VSD)修补 17例 ,主动脉瓣置换 11例 ,主动脉瓣成形 7例等。结果 62例治愈 ,1例术后死于严重室性心律失常。随访 1个月～ 2 0年 ,62例病人心功能改善 1～ 3级以上 ,胜任日常生活和工作。结论 及早手术是取得良好疗效的关键。适当的术式和充分的心肌保护是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experiences on surgical treatment of ruptured aneurysms of the sinus of valsava (RASV).Method All cases were operated under cardiopulmonary bypass with moderate-hypothermia 21 cases were repaired by interrupted mattess suture, 42 by Dacron or pericardium(including 17 cases with VSD were repaired, 11 were performed by aortic valve replacement and 7 by aortic valvoplasty).Results 1 case died from serious ventricular arrhythmia. 62 were recovered, they were followed up from 1 month to 20 years, and all cases' heart function were normal.Conclusion It is important that a patient with RASV must be operated as early as possible. |
