老年结直肠癌患者术后早期化疗的安全性研究

目的探讨对老年结直肠癌患者进行术后早期化疗的安全性。方法将我科收治的老年结直肠癌患者随机分为两组,其中A组37例,于术后第4～7天开始使用FOLFOX4方案化疗;B组38例,使用同样方案于术后第28～31天开始化疗,比较两组的手术相关并发症及化疗不良反应。结果两组患者的手术相关并发症相比无统计学差异,化疗不良反应在肝脏毒性方面不同,A组患者的不良反应相对较重。恶心呕吐、腹泻、神经毒性、骨髓抑制等不良反应两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对身体条件允许的老年结直肠癌患者,使用FOLFOX4方案进行早期化疗是安全可行的。

Research on the safety of early postoperative chemotherapy for elderly colorectal cancer

Objective To analyze the safety of early postoperative chemotherapy for elderly colorectal cancer. Methods The patients with elderly colorectal cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: 37 patients(Group A) were assigned to receive FOLFOX4 chemotherapy in 4~7 days postoperatively,and other 38 patients(Group B) to receive the same chemotherapy in 28~31 days postoperatively.The preoperative complications and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in preoperative complications,and significant differences in hepatotoxicity between the two groups,group A was more severe.Nausea and vomit,diarrhea,neurotoxicity,marrow depression and other adverse reactions in two groups had no statistic difference(P>0.05). Conclusion For the elderly patients of colorectal cancer,early postoperative chemotherapy is safe and feasible with the suitable physical condition.
