糖化血红蛋白与血糖、C-反应蛋白之间的关系探讨

摘    要:目的探讨人体内糖化血红蛋白与血糖、C-反应蛋白之间的关系,为临床上诊断糖尿病及相关疾病提供更科学,更合理的辅助依据。方法对2009—2010年在我院住院的102名病人进行糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测。根据测定的结果分成两组,A组38例(同时具备HbA1c<6.1%、FPG<6.1 mmol/L、2hPG<7.8 mmol/L),B组64例(HbA1c、FPG、2hPG任1项大于或等于以上值),分别对A、B两组的糖化血红蛋白与其他3项指标作直线相关性检验分析。结果相关性检验分析显示B组(异常组)HbA1c与FPG、2hPG呈显著性正相相关关系(HbA1c与FPG:r=0.748,HbA1c与2hPG:r=0.766,皆为P<0.01),而与CRP也存在平行升高趋势(HbA1c与CRP:r=0.469,P<0.05);在A组(正常组)中HbA1c与2hPG存在平行升高趋势(r=0.276,P<0.05),而与FPG、CRP不表现出相关性关系。结论糖尿病患者中HbA1c与FPG、CRP、2hPG存在正相相关关系。同时检测患者的HbA1c、2hPG、FPG、CRP,能够为糖尿病诊断及其病情的控制提供有利依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),glucose and C-reactive protein(CRP) in human body,provide more rational and scientific auxiliary basis for the clinical diagnosis of diabetes and related diseases. Methods We determined the HbA1c,famish person's glucose(FPG),2 hours passed glucose(2hPG) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the 102 inpatients in our hospital from 2009 to 2010.According to the result,patients were divided into two groups,there were 38 cases in A group(HbA1c<6.1%,FPG<6.1mmol/l,2hPG<7.8mmol/l),64 cases in B group(any one of HbA1c,2hPG,FPG is equal to the above-mentioned numerical value or bigger than it),the analysis of rectilineal correlation test of the A and B group's HbA1c and other three indexes were performed. Results The analysis showed that B group(abnormity group)'s HbA1c is positive correlation with FPG and 2hPG observably(HbA1c and FPG:r=0.748,HbA1c and 2hPG: r=0.766,both of them are P<0.01),and is parallel elevatory direction with CRP(HbA1c and CRP: r=0.469,P<0.05): in A group(normal group),HbA1c and 2hPG are parallel elevatory direction(r=0.276,P<0.05),but it is not show any correlation with FPG and CRP. Conclusion There were positive correlations between HbA1c,FPG,2hPG and CRP in blood of diabetes.Simultaneous determination of HbA1c,FPG,2hPG,and CRP in patients would be able to supply advantageous basis to clinical diagnosis of diabetes and to control the state of the illness.
