窄谱中波紫外线联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的评价窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将110例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用UV100L型NB-UVB光疗仪进行照射,同时口服泛昔洛韦,共治疗10 d。对照组仅给予口服泛昔洛韦。结果治疗组止疱、结痂及止痛时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01);两组痊愈率分别为55.00%和28.00%,有效率分别为91.67%和66.00%,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 NB-UVB联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹起效快、疗效高、安全性好,可减少后遗神经痛的发生率。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combined therapy of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) and famcyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods One hundred and ten patients with herpes zoster were divided randomly into two groups.The patients in test group were treated with a combination of UV100L narrow-band ultraviolet B with famcyclovir,and the control group was treated with famcyclovir alone.The period of treatment was 10 days. Results The cure rate was 55.00% and 28.00%;The response rate was 91.67% and 66.00% respectively in the test group and the control group with statistic differences(P<0.01).The time of incrustation,decrustation and the pain relieving in the test group was also shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Combined therapy of narrow-band ultraviolet B with famcyclovir is a effective and safe method for the treatment of herpes zoster and can reduce the incidence rate of lingering effect of nerve pain.
