5S管理模式在护理管理工作中的应用

目的：为探讨规范化护理管理模式,将＂5S＂管理模式运用于护理管理工作中,培养护士自律性,提高护理质量,确保医疗护理安全,达到护患双赢的目的。方法：制定＂5S＂管理活动计划、实施方案、考核标准,并对基础护理质量、护士综合素质等进行检测,患者满意度进行问卷调查,分析差异性。结果：实施＂5S＂管理活动的基础护理质量、物品随意取放率、患者满意度、护理差错发生率及患者满意度等与实施前相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：提示＂5S＂管理理论的持久应用,可营造整齐、清洁、美观、安全、舒适的工作环境,减少浪费,减少库存,提高工作效率,增加患者的安全感,提高患者满意度。

Application of 5S management mode in nursing management

Objective In order to investigate the standardization of nursing management mode,"5S" management model was applied to nursing management and training of nurses and self-discipline,and improve quality of care to ensure that the health care safety,nurses and patients to achieve a win-win objective.Method Ways to develop "5S" management activities of planning,implementation programs,assessment standards,and basic quality of care,nurses and other comprehensive quality testing,the patient satisfaction questionnaire to survey and analyze differences.Results The implementation of "5S" management activities of the basic quality of care,pick-and-place items at random rates,patient satisfaction,nursing errors in the incidence and patient satisfaction as compared with before,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Prompt "5S" management theory of durable applications,can create a neat,clean,beautiful,safe,comfortable work environment,and reduce waste,reduce inventory,improve work efficiency,increase patient′s sense of security,improve patients′ satisfaction.
