68例严重多发伤诊治分析

目的 总结严重多发伤的诊断及治疗经验。方法 对2006年5月-2008年5月收治的68例严重多发伤患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 痊愈56例，自动出院2例，死亡8例，3例死于重型颅脑损伤，2例死于多器官功能障碍综合征，2例死于脓毒症，1例死于休克。结论 严重多发伤早期及时诊断，早期治疗，防治并发症是提高救治成功率的关键。

Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment of 68 Cases of Severe Multiple Trauma

Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of severe multiple injuries. Methods 68 patients severe multiple injuries from May 2006 to May 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 54 cases （82.3%） were cured, 2 cases were automatic discharge and 8 cases （11.7%） died. 3 cases died of severe brain injury, 2cases died of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS）, 2 cases died of sepsis and one case died of shock. Conclusion The key to improve the success rate of treatment is to diagnose early, treat as quickly as possible and prevent complications.
