| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨眼球壁异物行玻璃体切除＋巩膜外探查摘出术的疗效.方法 对13例眼球壁异物行巩膜探查＋玻璃体切除摘出,其中4例探查后外路摘出再行玻璃体切除,9例行玻璃体切除摘出.结果 一期异物全部摘出,术后视力：提高者10眼,2眼无改变,1眼下降.并发症：视网膜脱离或裂孔2眼,二期处理视网膜复位.结论 玻璃体切除＋巩膜探查内外路联合手术是眼球壁异物摘出的一种有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To research the effect of vitrectomy combined with extrascleral exploration on intraocular foreign body in the wall of the eye ball. Methods 13 cases were treated with combined surgery. Results All foreign bodies were extracted. Conclusions Vitrectomy combined with intraocular foreign body extraction is an effective method for cases with intraocular foreign body. |
