牙周炎患者的正畸治疗及其远期疗效观察

目的对牙周炎患者进行正畸治疗,观察治疗后2-5年的远期疗效。方法 57名牙周炎正畸治疗后观察的患者中按时复查32名,偶尔复查20名,未复查5名。观察牙周支持组织健康状况和正畸治疗后咬合关系稳定程度和复发程度。结果按时复查32名患者中未复发25人,轻度复发7人,无明显复发;偶尔复查20名中未复发8人,轻度复发10人,明显复发2人。结论牙周炎患者正畸治疗后经固定保持和定期牙周维护可以达到稳定的远期疗效。

Long-term study of orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis

Objective To evaluate the long-term stability of the periodontal patients after orthodontic treatment for 2-5years.Methods Thirty-two out of 57 patients were rechecked on schedule. 20 of them were rechecked occasionally and the other 5 patients never came back.Periodontal and orthodontic relapse analysis was undergone for investigating the stability after orthodontic-periodontal treatment and retention.Results In the 32 regularly rechecked patients,25 maintained well and the other 7 relapsed slightly.8 out of 20 occasionally rechecked patients maintained well.10 of them relapsed slightly and the other 2 relapsed obviously.Conclusion Long-term stability could be obtained after the orthodontic treatment,fixed retainer and periodontal maintenance as well.
