术前沐舒坦雾化吸入对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后肺部并发症的影响

目的探讨术前应用雾化吸入的预防性治疗对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后肺部并发症的影响。方法将患者随机分为实验组(26例)和对照组(32例)。实验组:术前3 d和术后7 d内给予沐舒坦雾化吸入;对照组:术后7 d内给予沐舒坦雾化吸入。采用SPSS 11.0软件包对资料进行频数分析、卡方检验、t检验。结果实验组术后肺部并发症的发生率、总住院天数和术后住院天数都低于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后1~3 d、4~7 d的咳嗽、咳痰情况比较,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前3 d的雾化吸入不能明显地降低术后肺部并发症的发生。

Effect of Prophylactic Preoperative Ambroxol Aerosol Inhalation on Postoperative Pulmonary Complications Following Surgery for Gastrointestinal Tumors

Objective To assess the value of preoperative ambroxol aerosol inhalation in postoperative pulmonary complications in surgical patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods Fifty-eight patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing elective surgeries were randomized into the experimental group(26 patients) and control group(32 patients).Patients in the experimental group were given ambroxol aerosol inhalation since 3 days before till 7 days after the operation,and the patients in the control group were given inhalation only within 7 days after operation.The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications,total hospital stay and postoperative hospital stay were recorded and compared between the two groups using Chi-square test and t test.Results Compared with the control patients,patients in the experimental group had lower incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications,shorter average total hospital stay and postoperative hospital stay,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).No significant differences were found in coughing and expectoration between the two groups either at postoperative days 1-3 or days 4-7(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol aerosol inhalation 3 days before the operation does not decrease the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.
