| 摘 要： | 目的:建立妇炎散的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别黄柏、姜黄、苍术等药材,采用高效液相色谱法测定妇炎散中盐酸小檗碱的含量.结果:该方法薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.1015～1.015μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为97.97％.结论:所建标准可用于妇炎散的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the quality standard of Fu Yan San. Methods： The thin layer chromatography （TLC） was used to identify Cork, Turmeric, Atractylodes herbs, determine the content of of berberine hydrochloride in Fu Yan San By high per- formance liquid chromatography method （HPLC）. Results： the methods TLC spots is clear and the negative control without interfer- ence, Berberine hydrochloride injection volume in the range of0. 1015 - 1. 015μg was good linear relationship （r =0. 9999） , aver- age recovery was 97.97%. Conclusion ： Established standards can be used for quality control of Fu Yan San. |
