| 摘 要： | 介绍唑来膦酸在药效学、药代动力学和临床应用等方面的研究进展.唑来膦酸可抑制破骨细胞调节的骨吸收,降低血清钙水平,抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,能有效治疗恶性肿瘤所致高钙血症、晚期肿瘤骨转移和变形性骨炎,还有望用于骨质疏松症的治疗.

| Abstract: | To provide a short overview of pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and clinical uses of zoledronic acid. Zoledronic acid is an inhibitor of osteoclast - mediated bone resorption. It also effectively reduces serum calcium levels and inhibits tumour growth. Zoledronic acid showed good efficacy in the treatment of patients with hypercalcaemia of malignancy, in the treatment of advanced cancer patients with bone metastases and in the treatment of patients with Paget's disease. In addition, it may be an effective treatment for osteoporosis. |
