PICC在血液病患儿静脉给药时的应用与护理

目的为寻找适合血液病患儿化疗的静脉通路，预防和减少化疗所致的静脉炎。方法采用外周静脉中心静脉置管（PICC）对8例小儿血液病患者进行置管给药，观察其效果，总结护理体会。结果8例患儿置管成功率100％，顺利完成了化疗，置管时间30－390d，拔管后导管尖端培养均为阴性。发生机械性静脉炎和堵管2例。结论采用PICC可减轻反复穿刺的痛苦，为小儿血液病患儿提供了一条安全而有效的治疗途径，置管方法和护理很重要。

Application of PICC on Intravenous Administration of Children with Hematopathy and Its Nursing

[ Objective ] To search for the proper venous channel of the children with hematopathy, prevent and diminish the phlebitis caused by chemotherapy. [ Methods ] 8 children with hematopathy were administered through ducts by Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter （PICC）. [ Results] The success rate of tube insertion was 100%, and all the children were completed the chemotherapy successfully by PICC from 30 days to 390 days. After extubation, the culture of tube Cusps all showed negative. 2 cases occurred mechanical phlebitis and pipe plugging. [ Conclusion] PICC can alleviate pain from repeated puncture and elevate the nursing skill, it is a safe and effective therapy approach for children with hematopathy.
