氯丙咪嗪单用与氯丙咪嗪合并西酞普兰治疗强迫症对照研究

目的探讨氯丙米嗪及氯丙米嗪合并西酞普兰治疗强迫症的疗效和不良反应。方法将34例强迫症患者随机分为2组，分别给予氯丙咪嗪及氯丙咪嗪合并西酞普兰治疗，采用Yale—Brown强迫量表（Y—BOCS）、汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及临床4级标准评定疗效，用副反应量表（TESS）评定副反应。结果治疗结束时，两组Y—BOCS、HAMD、HAMA的评分均显著下降，而合并组更明显。两组副反应无明显差异。结论氯丙咪嗪合并西酞普兰治疗强迫症可以提高疗效，值得临床推广。

A Contrast Study between the Treatment with Clomipramine and the Combined Treatment with Clomipramine and Citalopram for Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

Objective To discuss the curative effect and side - effect of the treatment with clomipramine and the combined treat- ment with clomipramine and citalopram for obsessive - compulsive disorder. Methods 34 cases with obsessive - compulsive disorder were randomly divided into 2 groups and were respectively treated with clomipraine only and with clomipraine plus citalopram; Y - BOCS ,HAMD and HAMA were applied in evaluating the curative effect while TESS was adopted to evaluate the side - effect. Result After treatment the scores of Y - BOCS, HAMD and HAMA in both groups decreased greatly while those of the combined group decreased more significantly ; there was no obvious difference of side - effect between the 2 groups. Conclusions The combined treatment with clomipramine and citalopram is effective for obsessive - compulsive disorder and it is worthy of wide clinical application
