| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨胸腔内置管持续负压引流治疗结核性胸腔积液的临床应用。【方法】将结核性中量以上胸腔积液202例随机分成治疗组(胸腔内置管持续负压引流治疗)和对照组(传统反复胸腔穿刺抽液治疗),对胸液消失时间、临床症状改善时间、胸膜反应、胸膜增厚、胸液包裹等的发生及住院时间、住院费用进行相关比较,并作统计学处理。【结果】治疗组症状改善,胸液消失时间,胸膜反应、胸膜增厚、胸液包裹的发生,住院时间,住院费用等优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。【结论】胸腔内置管持续负压引流治疗胸腔积液的方法优于传统方法,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application of continuous drainage tube with negative pressure to treat tuberculous pleural effusion.Two hundred and two inpatients with moderate or more tuberculous effusion were randomly assigned to continuous drainage (treated) group and pleurocentesis (control) group,Efficacy and side reactions of both groups were compared.The times of symptom improvement,effusion disappearance and hospital stay were shorter in treated group than in control.Pleural reaction,thickening and effusion encapsulation were less,hospital cost was cheaper in the treated group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion]Tuberculous pleural effusion treated by continucous drainage tube with negative pressure is convernient and safe .This treatment method should be recommended for wider usage. |
