| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时血清钙离子水平的变化及对病情判断的相关性.方法:对48例HIE患儿进行血清钙离子浓度检测,并随机选择同期住院的非HIE患儿24例作为对照组.结果:①HIE病情程度越重,血清钙离子浓度越低;②CT分度越重,血清钙离子浓度越低;③血清钙离子浓度在疾病初期降低显著,病情越重,降低越明显,治疗一周后显著升高.结论:血清钙离子水平的变化对HIE病情轻重程度判断有一定参考价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changing pattern and clinical significance of serum Ca2+concentrations in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods The levels of serum Ca2+of 48 cases with HIE and 24 cases with non-HIE neonatal patients were detected. Results Serum Ca2+concentrations in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy decreased significantly in first three days,especially in neonates with moderate and severe HIE (P<0.05 or <0.01) when compared with that of control group. After undergoing medical treatment,Serum Ca2+concentrations appeared to increase obviously.Good correlations between the levels of Ca2+in serum and the severity of HIE existed. Conclusion The levels of Ca2+in serum had a positive correlation with the severity of HIE. |
