护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的影响

目的探讨护理干预在妇科病人行腹腔镜手术时的作用。方法将46例用腹腔镜进行妇科手术的患者，随机分成干预组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，干预组加以心理、行为干预，进行入院时间和围手术期血压、心率及时疼痛的忍耐力（采用视觉模拟镇痛评分法）的比较。结果干预组和对照组入院时的HR、SBP、DBP比较，差异无统计学意义。围手术期对照组的HR、SBP、DBP等均高于干预组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预组评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论手术患者术前进行心理护理干预有助消除焦虑和抑郁的心理，维持血压、心率的稳定，并增强对术后疼痛的忍耐力。

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of the nursing intervention in patients＇ suffering gynecological diseases and accepting laparoscopic surgery. Method The 46 cases accepting laparoscopic gynecological surgery were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Thc control group received conventional care, while the intervention group received psychological and behavioral interw.ntion. Blood pressure in admitting hospital and preoperation, as well as the heart rate and pain tolerance power, were compared. Results The differences between the intervention group and the control group on the HR. SBP, DBP, admitting hospital, were not statistically sighificant. The preoperative HR,SBP, DBP of the conrtrol gronp were higher than the intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The grades of the intervention were lower than the control group＇s, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention can eliminate preoperative anxiety and depression, maintain blood pressure and heart rate stability. It also strengthens the ache tolerance.
