| 摘 要： | 对骨代谢的研究是骨科领域的一项重要课题，过去数十年中对骨代谢的研究主要侧重于骨代谢与钙代谢相关性的研究。铁调素是一种能调节血铁水平的小分子肽类激素。自2001年发现铁调素之后，铁代谢的研究取得了突破性进展，骨代谢与铁代谢相关性的研究也随之引起了越来越多的关注。一系列的研究表明，骨代谢与铁代谢之间存在着密切的关系：铁超载可致骨质疏松，铁不足又使骨密度下降。
