浙江省2000～2001年艾滋病病毒/艾滋病流行病学分析

目的 通过对浙江省2000～2001年艾滋病疫情、血清学和行为学监测情况分析,为制定艾滋病防制策略提供依据。方法 通过血清学监测、行为学监测和流行病学调查,分析浙江省艾滋病流行特征,提出防制措施。结果 2000～2001年共检出艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者157例,以青壮年为主,男女比例为4.23:1;传播途径以静脉注射毒品为主。占63.69％;50.23％的感染者文化程度为小学及以下。两年共完成重点人群监测77 560人,检出HIV阳性者113例,阳性率为0.146％。吸毒人群共用注射器现象有升高趋势,2001年达23.84％。性乱人群中未使用安全套率较高,为69.3％。结论 2000～2001年艾滋病流行速率明显加快,高危人群的高危行为普遍,预计今后浙江省高危人群中HIV感染者将大幅度增长。需加大防制力度,防止进一步蔓延。

An Epidemiological Analysis of HIV/AIDS Prevalence in 2000～2001 in Zhejiang Province

Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS epidemic situation, serologial and behavioral surveillance in Zhejiang province from 2000 to 2001 and provide evidence for AIDS prevention and control strategies. Method Through the surveillance of serology, behavior and epidemiology to analyze the epidemical characteristic and bring forward measures to prevent and control AIDS. Results A total of 157 HIV infected cases were found in Zhejing from 2000 to 2001, the majority of whom were the youth;the ratio of male to female was 4.23 -1, and the main route of transmission was through IDU; 50.23% HIV cases were at low education level. Of 77560 who had been tested 113 cases were HIV posifive, with a positive rate of 0 -146 % ; 23.84 % of drug users were IDU who shared needles, and such trends were more common in 2001 than in 2000; 69.3% of people who had promiscuous sex never used condoms.Conclusion The HIV/ AIDS epidemic significantly increased at a higher speed in Zhejiang from 2000 to 2001. More HIV infected cases will be found in population with high risk behavior in the future.Effective measures should be taken to prevent and control HIV/AIDS epidemic.
