| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨等离子刀用于腹腔镜子宫切除术的价值。方法:腹腔镜下分别用超声刀、等离子刀行筋膜内子宫切除术,比较术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、平均住院日。结果:等离子刀组的平均手术时间、术中出血量少于超声刀组(P<0.05)。2组术后肛门排气时间,术后3d最高体温,术后平均住院天数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:等离子刀用于腹腔镜子宫切除术更安全、可靠,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of plasma knife in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:The operation time,the blood loss,the average hospitalization and the venting time after operation were retrospectively analyzed in laparoscopic intrafacia hysterectomy with plasma knife and ultrasound knife.Results:The average operation time and the blood loss were less in plasma knife group than in ultrasound knife group(P<0.05),whereas the venting time,the highest temperature in the postoperative three days and the average hospitalization were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The laparoscopic hysterectomy with plasma knife is safe and feasible. |
