浙江省部分综合医院消化内镜消毒质量调查

目的了解浙江省医疗机构在消化内镜消毒质量情况和消毒管理工作中存在问题,提出改进措施。方法采用现场问卷调查和采样检测方法,对浙江省17所综合医院内镜清洗消毒质量进行了调查。结果3所三甲医院消化内镜和相关物品消毒质量平均合格率53.06%;10所三乙医院消化内镜和相关物品平均合格率56.8%。4所二甲医院消化内镜和相关物品平均合格率为44.78%。水洗槽及清洗槽内壁、冲洗槽内表面抽样总合格率为49.05%;各类用水均未检出致病菌。结论浙江省综合医院内镜消毒工作比较规范,但消毒质量合格率较低,存在内镜引起交叉感染潜在因素。

INVESTIGATION OF QUALITY OF DISINFECTION OF DIGESTIVE ENDOSCOPES IN SOME GENERAL HOSPTIALS OF ZHEJIANG PROVINCE.

Objective To know the present situation of the management of endoscope disinfection in the hospitals of Zhejiang Province and to propose related countermeasures.Methods Questionnaire investigation and on-the-spot sampling examination method were used to carry out a survey of condition of disinfection of endoscopes in 17 hospitals of Zhejiang Province.Results The average eligible rate of disinfection qualit of digestive time endoscopes and related materials samples from 3 first class general hospitals was 53.06%,that of the samples from 10 second class of third-grade hospital was 56.8% and that of the samples from 4 first class of second-grade hospitals was 44.78%.The total eligible rate of water washing and enzyme cleaning troughs and the inner surface of rinsers was 49.05%.Pathogens were not detected from various kinds of water used for cleaning endoscopes.Conclusion The endoscope disinfection in general hospitals of Zhejiang province is relatively standardized,but disinfection qualification rate is relatively low.There is potential factor causing cross-infection by endoscopes.
