孟鲁司特钠联合沙丁胺醇及布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效研究

目的 分析研究孟鲁司特钠联合沙丁胺醇及布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效及安全性.方法 将100例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例.观察组采用孟鲁司特钠联合沙丁胺醇及布地奈德治疗,对照组采用沙丁胺醇及布地奈德治疗,连续治疗7 d,观察2组疗效及其不良反应情况.结果 观察组和对照组治疗后总有效率分别为100%和92%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后PEF明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组均无明显不良反应事件发生.结论 孟鲁司特钠联合沙丁胺醇及布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效肯定,副作用少,值得临床推广.

Clinical observed on Montelukast Salbutamol and Budesonide treatment of children with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast sodium salbutamol and budesonide treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups,each in 50 cases.Observation group were treated with montelukast salbutamol and budesonide treatment,the control group were treated with salbutamol and budesonide treatment,continuous treatment of 7 d,2 groups observed the effect and adverse reactions.Results After treatment and control groups,respectively,the total effective rate was 100% and 92%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group was significantly higher PEF after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse events.Conclusion The method which is positive and with few side effects in treating the bronchial asthma with montelukast sodium salbutamol and budesonide and worth spreading in the clinic.
