绝经后骨质疏松患者血清脂联素与瘦素和炎性细胞因子的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨绝经后骨质疏松患者血清脂联素与瘦素和炎性细胞因子的相关性及其发病机制。方法测定80例绝经后骨质疏松患者(实验组)和80例绝经后健康妇女(对照组)的血清脂联素、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素石(IL-6)和骨密度(BMD)等指标。结果实验组患者的血清脂联素、瘦素、TNF-α、IL-6显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),腰椎BMD、髋部BMD、前臂BMD显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。绝经后骨质疏松症患者的血清脂联素与瘦素(r=0.592)、TNF—α(r=0.553)和IL-6(r=0.388)呈显著正相关,与髋部BMD(r=-0.477)、腰椎BMD(r=-0.391)、前臂BMD(r=-0.329)呈显著负相关。结论绝经后骨质疏松的发生发展过程是脂联素、瘦素和炎性反府等名冈素综合作用的结果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of serum adiponectin, leptin and inflammatory mediators and to explore the mechanism of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Serum adiponectin, leptin, interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and bone mineral density (BMD) were measured in 80 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis (experimental group) and 80 healthy postmenopausal women (control group). Results Compared with control group, serum adiponectin, leptin, IL-6, and TNF-α increased significantly (P<0.01),while BMD decreased in experimental group (P<0.05). Serum adiponectin in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis was positively correlated with leptin (r=0.592), TNF-α(r=0.553) and IL-6 (r=0.388); while it was negatively correlated with BMD of hip (r=-0.477), BMD of lumbar (r=-0.391), and BMD of forearm (r=-0.329). Conclusions Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a result of interaction of adiponectin, leptin, and inflammation.
