双侧甲状腺术后低钙血症53例临床分析

目的 探讨双侧甲状腺术后低钙血症的原因及防治方法.方法.对134例双侧甲状腺术后病例进行动态监测血清钙的变化.结果 双侧甲状腺手术后出现低钙血症53例.85例双侧甲状腺全切除患者中术后出现低钙血症36例(42.4%),49例非双侧甲状腺全切除患者术后出现低钙血症17例(34.7%),两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).双侧甲状腺全切除患者术后第1、2、3天血钙水平与非双侧甲状腺全切除患者相比,不会明显降低(P>0.05).结论 对于需要进行双侧甲状腺全切除的患者,采用精细化手术操作,并不增加术后低钙血症的风险.

Hypocalcemia after bilateral thyroid surgery:a clinical analysis of 53 cases

Objective Aim To investigate the etiology and treatment of hypocalcemia after bilateral thyroid surgery.Methods The change of serum calcium was analyzed in 134 patients underwent bilateral thyroidectomy.Results 53 cases developed hypocalcemia after bilateral thyroid surgery.Of them,36 cases were in total thyroidectomy which included 85 cases(42.4%),17 cases were in not the total thyroidectomy which included 49 cases(34.7%).No significant differences between them(P<0.05).The serum calcium concentrations in not the total thyroidectomy group weren’t lower than those in the total thyroidectomy group on first,second and third postoperative day(P>0.05).Conclusion For those patients who need total thyroidectomy,using the meticulous capsular dissection technique will not increase the risk of hypocalcemia.
