城乡居民医保患者住院费用比较分析

目的:通过比较城乡居民医保患者住院费用的差别,为进一步完善医保相关政策确保基金安全提供参考依据。方法:从某三甲综合性医院提取城乡居民医保患者住院费用的详细信息。运用方差分析比较不同医保患者住院费用及其构成的差别。结果:不同医保患者的住院费用、住院费用构成等具有显著性差异性。结论:两类医保管理部门均应从药品费、检查费、住院天数、高龄患者等方面重点监控住院费用。新农合管理部门应重点监管医保患者目录外诊疗服务的使用,以减轻患者的经济负担。

Comparatively analyzing the hospitalized expense of patients joined in rural and urban medical insurance system

Objective To comparatively analyze the hospitalized expense of patients joined in rural and urban medical insurance system,and provide references for improving policy of medical insurance.Methods Information of hospitalized patients’ expense was obtained from one general hospital.Data was studied with analysis of variance.Results There had significant differences of hospitalized expense and constituent among patients who participated in different medical insurance system.Conclusion The administrative departments of medical insurances should focus on supervision of cost of drugs and examination,hospitalized duration and elderly patients.And the administrative departments of NRCMS should emphasize the supervision on medical services which are out of catalogue.
