淮南市煤电产业职工代谢综合征调查分析

目的调查淮南市煤电产业职工代谢综合征（Ms）的现状。方法2007年调查20.69岁职工2038人。测量调查对象身高、体质量、血压，测定空腹血糖（FPG），三酰甘油（TG），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）。计算Ms及其各组分患病率。结果根据中华医学会糖尿病分会2004年Ms的诊断标准，淮南市煤电产业职工20-69岁人群Ms的患病率为20.3％，男性为21.3％，女性为18.8％；各组分患病率如超重或肥胖、高血压、高血糖、高三酰甘油、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的分别为29.5％、20.1％、16.7％、26.7％与10.9％。上述疾病的患病率随年龄的增长而增加，其中男性50岁以上人群Ms的患病率为50岁以下人群的1.7倍；女性50岁以上人群Ms的患病率为50岁以下人群的2.6倍。超重或肥胖患病率最高，并且呈年轻化趋势。结论淮南市煤电产业职工MS患病率较高，应加强干预。

A surrery analysis of the metabolic syndrome of staff engaged in Huainan coal and power industry

Objective To investigate the current preralence situation of the metabolic syndrome(MS) of staff engaged in coal and power industry.Methods A survey was conducted in 2038 staff aged 20 to 69.Height,weight,blood pressure,fasting blood-glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)of the staff's involved in this survey were detected and recorded.Then the pvevalence rates of MS and its components were calculated.Results According to the diagnostic criteria of MS given by Diabetes Subcommission of Chinese Medical Association in 2004,the prevalence rates for the staff aged 20 to 69 engaged in Huainan coal and power industry were 20.3 %.For male staff,the rate was 21.3 %,and for female,18.8 %;For each component such as overweigh or obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia,high triglyceride and low high density lipoprotein cholesterol,the prevalence rates were 29.5 %,20.1 %,16.7 %,26.7 %,and 10.9 % respectively.The prevalence rates of the diseases mentioned above increased as the staff got older.Of those who were over 50 years old,male,their prevalence rates of MS were 1.7 times thot those males who were under 50.Of those who were over 50 years old,female,their prevalence rates of MS were 2.6 times that of as those females who were under 50.The rate of overweigh or obesity was the highest of all,and trended to be higher in the young generation.Conclusion MS had a quite high sick rate among the staff engaged in coal and power industry in Huainan and it was urgent to take an active intervention.
