医院感染专职人员配备调查研究

目的了解陕西省医院感染管理专业及专职人员设置情况。方法对参加省医院感染管理培训班的学员进行调查，资料采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果共调查87所医院，74．7％的医院设置了独立的感染管理科，其中56．3％直属于院长领导；专职人员中女性占83．3％，年龄在30～49岁居多，学历以中专和大专为主（分别占40．2％和41．7％）；专业人员以护理为主（占70．5％）；从事医院感染工作时间中位数为3年。结论感染管理的专业设置已初具规模，但人员的配置还不能满足保障医疗质量和患者安全的需要。

Investigation on Special Professional Personnel of Hospital Infection

Objective To understand the situation of professional settings in human resources in the management of infection in hospital in Shanxi Province. Methods Survey to professional setting of hospital infection was performed in the students involved in the training program of management of hospital infection. Statistical analysis of the data was done by using SPSS software. Results Among a total of 87 hospitals under research,74.7 percent have set up independent sections of management of infection, Of which 56.3 percent were under the direction of the deans. What＇ s more, the percentage of women in full-time staffs was more than 83.3%. It was worth being pointed out that the most of them were aged 30 to 49 years old with their education background mostly associate college degree as well as secondary college degree. Meanwhile, in the proportion of professionals in management of infection, the nurse was dominated. The median of wording years was three years. Conclusion The professional settings in management of infection has the initial scale, however, the staff setting still cannot meet the needs of medical quality insurance and patient safety.
