PDCA循环在重症病房带教管理中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨内科重症监护病房临床护理教学质量控制方法。方法将PDCA循环引入临床教学管理工作中,保证教学质量。结果提高护生的整体护理能力,患者(家属)对护生的满意度从92.5%上升到97.2%,护生理论考核优良率从85.9%上升到95.2%,护生对教学管理和教师的满意度从88%上升到96%,同时也提高了带教老师的积极性。结论在临床护理教学管理中应用PDCA循环,能提高护生的整体素质,保证临床护理教学的质量,促进教学相长。

Abstract:Objective To explore clinical nursing teaching quality control methods in ICU. Methods Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle was introduced into clinical teaching management to ensure teaching quality. Results The overall nursing capabilities of nursing students were improved. The satisfaction degree of patients and their relatives towards nursing students was raised from 92.5% to 97.2%. The theoretical exam excellence rate of students rose from 85.9% to 95.2% ,The satisfaction degree of students towards teaching management and teachers rose from 88% to 96%. Meanwhile the teaching positivity of teachers was improved. Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle in clinical nursing teaching management can improve the overall capacity of nursing students, and ensure clinical nursing teaching quality. It benefits teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
