经皮穴位电刺激对硬膜外腔麻醉术后腰背痛的影响

目的观察韩氏穴位神经刺激仪对硬膜外腔麻醉术后腰背痛的影响。方法60例ASAI～Ⅱ级患者拟行膝关节镜下手术,随机分为两组：常规麻醉组和电刺激组,每组30例,两组患者均按常规进行硬膜外腔麻醉,穿刺点L2／3。电刺激组于术前使用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪（HANS）进行电刺激,选择2／100Hz疏密波交替输出,刺激强度在10～15mA,直至手术结束。以视觉模拟评分法（VAS）分别于术后12h、24h、48h和72h评估两组患者术后腰背痛情况。结果两组患者术后腰背痛VAS评分有显著性差异,常规麻醉组术后腰背痛程度较电刺激组严重（P〈0．01）;VAS评分随着时间延馏端下降拦势。结论韩氏穴位神经刺激仪电刺激可缓解硬膜外腔麻醉术后腰背痛的程度。

Effect of Han's Acupoint Nerve Stimulator(HANS)on postoperative backache occurring after epidural anesthesia

Objective To investigate the effect of the Han＇ s Aeupoint Nerve Stimulator （HANS） on postoperative backache occurring after epidural anesthesia. Methods Sixty patients （ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade） who were undergone with arthroscopy were randomly divided into conventional anesthesia group （ group C） and group HANS with 30 patients in each group. All the patients in both groups were received epidural anesthesia routinely while group HANS was given preoperative continuous HANS stimulation which continuingly last until the end of the operation. Postoperative backache of each group was recorded with the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） at 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours after the operation. Results A significant difference was found between the two groups - the intensity of postoperative backache in Group C was more severe than in group HANS （P〈0.01）. Conclusion HANS is to effectively reduce the intensity of postoperative backache after epidural anesthesia.
