| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性重症胆管炎(ACST)的手术时机与方式的选择.方法 对1990年1月至2010年1月间14例ACST患者的诊断和治疗情况进行回顾性分析.结果 14例恢复顺利,均痊愈出院.结论 对ACST患者,及早明确诊断,掌握好手术时机与方式,可降低手术患者的病死率.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss when and how to do the operation about the acute cholangitis of severetype（ACST）. Methods The clinical data of 14 cases of ACST from January 1990 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 14 cases recovered fully,and all were discharged. Conclusion Early diagnosis, catching the chance and style of the operation to ACST may be the effective methods to reduce the mortality of ACST |
