超声评价甲状腺结节典型声像图的临床意义

目的评价甲状腺结节超声典型声像图的临床意义。方法采集并保存89个甲状腺结节典型声像图的二维声图像,将结节预期分为良性和恶性两组典型声像图,后经细针抽吸活检（FNA）。结果超声预测良性结节的符合率为83.3%（20/24）、恶性结节的符合率为93.8%（61/65）,总符合率为91.0%（81/89）,误差率为9.0%（8/89）。结论掌握甲状腺结节典型声像图的方法,能对甲状腺结节的良恶性作出初步判断,以指导临床进一步处理。

Clinical value of typical features of thyroid nodules on ultrasonography

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of typical features of thyroid nodules on ultrasonography.Methods The ultrasonographic images of 89 thyroid nodules with typical features were stored and classified into benign and malignant nodules,which were compared with the results of final needle aspiration.Result The coincidence rate of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid benign nodules was 83.3%（20/24）,and the coincidence rate of thyroid malignant nodules was 93.8%（61/65）.The total coincidence for ultrasonogrphy was 91.0%（81/89） and the error rate was 83.3%（8/89）.Conclusion The typical features of thyroid nodules on ultrasonography are helpful in diagnosis of benign or malignant nodules,which is valuable for clinical management.
