中西医结合治疗格林巴利综合征疗效及早期康复护理

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗格林巴利综合征疗效及早期康复护理效果.方法 将格林巴利综合征患者77例分为两组,对照组丙种球蛋白、甲基强的松龙及营养支持.观察组在对照组基础上每日中药一剂、肠内营养支持、整体护理及早期功能训练.30日后比较两组疗效、并发症和营养指标.所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和x2检验.结果 观察组显效率为65.96％,对照组显效率35.48％;两组比较,P＜0.05.两组间并发症比较,P＜0.001～0.05.治疗后观察组体重、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白和淋巴细胞总数均高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗格林巴利综合征明显优于单纯西医治疗,尽早服用中药及整体护理能有效降低致残率.

Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Green Barry Syndrome Curative Effect and Early Rehabilitation Nursing

Objective To study the efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of green Barry syndrome and the effect of early rehabilitation nursing. Methods 77 cases of green barry syndrome patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with methyl prednisolone and nutrition support. The medicine for observation was added a dose of Chinese traditional medicine a day, enteral nutrition support and overall nursing and early functional training. Compare the curative effect of two groups of 30 days, complications, nutrition index. The data obtained using analysis of variance and t test and chi-square test. Results Observation group was 65.96%, the control group significant efficiency 35.48%; Comparing the two groups （P〈0.05）. Complications compared between the two groups （P〈 0.001-0.05）. In the two groups after treatment weight, hemoglobin, serum albumin and total lymphocyte were higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of green Barry syndrome is better than pure western medicine treatment, take Chinese traditional medicine as soon as possible and overall nursing can effectively reduce the morbidity.
