体外振动排痰联合易坦静治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

目的：探讨体外振动排痰联合易坦静治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效.方法：选248例支气管肺炎住院患儿随机分成两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用体外振动排痰及易坦静口服,均以7d为1个疗程,对比两组患儿症状、体征消失天数及治愈率.结果：治疗组在症状、体征消失时间及平均住院天数、治愈率等方面明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论：体外振动排痰联合易坦静治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效确切.

Clinical observation of extrasomatic vibration sputum elimination combined with ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution in treating bronchial pneumonia of children

Objective. To investigate the clinical effect of extrasomatic vibration sputum elimination combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution on treating bronchial pneumonia of children. Methods. 248 cases of hospitalized patients with bronchial pneu monia in the Pediatric Department of our hospital were randomized into two groups, the control group were given the conventional treatment, while the treatment group were given additional extrasomatic vibration sputum and Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solu tion,7 days as a course of treatment for both groups. Then,the disappear days of the symptoms and signs, and the curative rate of both groups were compared. Results. Symptoms and signs disappear time,the average hospitalization days and the curative rate of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Vibration sputum elimination combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in treating children with bronchial pneumonia is effective.
