| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼓室成形加人工听小骨植入术的护理效果.方法 分析总结了36例鼓室成形加人工听小骨植入术及护理后患者听力提高情况.结果 36例手术均获成功,术后患者听力均有不同程度的提高,手术效果满意.结论 术前充分准备、术中密切配合可提高手术成功率,预防及减少并发症的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the care cooperation method on patients underwent tympanoplasty plus implantation of artificial auditory ossicles. Methods Analyzed and summarized the care cooperation method on 36 patients underwent tympanoplasty plus implantation of artificial auditory ossicles. Results 36 cases of the surgery were successful, the surgical results were satisfactory, and the patients＇ hearing were improved by varying degrees postoperatively. Conclusion Providing plenitudinous prapare before the operation, cooperating with the surgeon closely can increase achievement ratio of the operation, prevent and reduce the incidence of complications. |
