| 摘 要： | 目的：观察欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法：对58例宫缩乏力性产后出血的产妇分观察组和对照组各29例，观察组应用欣母沛250μg宫体注射或肌肉注射，对照组肌肉注射缩宫素20U，并徒手按摩子宫。结果：观察组治疗总有效率96．6％，对照组治疗总有效率82．8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of hemabate used in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods： 58 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony were divided into the observation group and the control group with 29 cases each. Hemabate uterine injection or intramuscular injection of 250/μg was used in the observation group, while 20 U intramuscular oxytocin was used in the control group. And hand massages of uterus was given to patients in each group. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 6%, while 82.8% of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P（0.05）. Conclusion： More significant effect has been gained of hemabate on postpartum hemorrhage induced by uterine inertia. |
