中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病加重期的临床疗效

目的：探索中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病加重期患者的临床效果.方法：80例慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者随机进入对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规抗感染治疗,观察组在常规抗感染治疗基础上,给予中西医结合治疗.结果：观察组总有效率为90.0％,明显高于对照组总有效率62.5％,观察组临床指标（FVC）、（FEV1）改善明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者采用中西医结合治疗,获得明显的治疗效果.

The clinical curative effect of exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by integrated traditional and Western medicine

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and Western medicine. Methods： 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group adopted conventional anti-infection treatment, the observation group using anti-infection on the basis of conventional therapy, giving the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0 %, which was obvious higher than that of the control group with 62.5%. The observation group clinical index （FVC）, （FEV1） improved significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistical significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease obtains obvious therapeutic effect.
