2012年桂林市疟疾流行特征与防治情况分析

目的：分析2012年桂林市的疟疾发病情况及流行态势,为进一步做好疟疾防治工作提供可靠依据.方法：收集桂林市所辖五城区2012年疟疾监测数据并进行统计分析.结果：2012年桂林市居民发热患者血检623人次,未检出疟原虫阳性病例.流动人口发热患者血检116人次,检出7例疟原虫阳性,阳性率为6.0％,较2011年的4.4％有所上升.7例阳性病例中,有恶性疟6例（死亡2例）,间日疟1例.结论：2012年桂林市无本地疟疾病例发生,流动人口疟疾病例较2011年增多,且以恶性疟为主.

Analysis of the malaria epidemiological characteristics and the prevention and treatment situations in Guilin in 2012

Objective： To analyze the epidemic situation of malaria cases in the Guilin in the year of 2012 in order to provide reliable basis for malaria prevention and treatment. Methods. The monitoring data of malaria from the five urban districts in Guilin in 2012 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results. 623 patients with fever were tested through blood examination, however, none showed positive results, i. e. plasmodium （parasite） was not present. Out of the 116 migrants with fever tested, 7 showed positive results with the rate of 6.0G, which showed an increase by 4.4 compared to 2011. Moreover, out of the 7 positive cases, 6 were falciparum malaria （2 deaths）, and one vivax malaria. Conclusion： There are no local cases of malaria in Guilin in 2012, nevertheless, the number of migrants with malaria has increased since 2011, and most of them were falciparum malaria.
